Estimate & Service Disclaimer

What an online estimate request is — and what it isn't.

Effective date: [Effective date — set after attorney review]

An estimate request is not a contract

Submitting an estimate request through this Website, by phone, or by email is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract, reserve a place on our schedule, or obligate you or Abiqua Roofing to perform or pay for any work.

Final pricing requires an evaluation

Any price we provide depends on an appropriate evaluation of your roof and property, which may include an on-site inspection. Final pricing can be affected by roof size and pitch, the number of existing layers, the condition of decking or sheathing discovered during tear-off, ventilation needs, permits and code requirements, access, and material choices and costs.

Pricing and availability may change

Material costs, product availability, and our scheduling availability change over time. Unless a written estimate states otherwise, quoted prices may change.

Work begins only under a written agreement

Roofing work begins only after you and Abiqua Roofing sign a written agreement and you have received the notices required by Oregon law. That written agreement — not this Website — sets out the scope, price, payment terms, schedule, and warranty for your project.

Warranties

Warranty coverage is determined only by the written workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranty provided for your specific project. Please review those documents carefully.

Insurance claims

If your project involves an insurance claim, your insurer decides coverage and payment. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid in any amount.
